The 6th Summit of the Turkic Council: a New Era

On September 3, 2018, the 6th Summit of the Co-operation Council of Turkic-Speaking States (Turkic Council) was held in Cholpon-Ata, Kyrgyzstan, on the theme of “Youth and National Sports”. President of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdogan, President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev and President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev attended the summit hosted by President of Kyrgyzstan Sooronbai Jeenbekov. Moreover, President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev and Prime Minister of Hungary Viktor Orban participated as honorable guests.
