Ikhtiyar Paltore

Ikhtiyar Paltore holds a PhD and a Master’s degree in Oriental Studies from Al-Farabi Kazakh National University and has academic training in Kazakh, Arabic, and Turkish languages. He has worked as an Arabic language lecturer, researcher, and university administrator, including serving as Dean of the Faculty of Oriental Studies at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University from 2017 to 2022 and Director of the Department of Science and Innovation at Nur-Mubarak Egyptian University of Islamic Culture from 2022 to 2025. Since 2025, he has been working at Nur-Mubarak University as a lecturer and researcher involved in scientific projects.
